In this 2 Day camp, students will form a Sonic the Hedgehog mug and paint glaze on it themselves!  

Students will explore and learn fun techniques to create their special clay project(s). Demonstrations and guidance will be provided throughout camp.

Dressing for a messy class is recommended.

Please park in front of the main building and walk your student over to the clay studio for drop off.

Projects will need to be dry and be fired in our kiln. Students will receive a slip with a date for when their project(s) will be ready for pick up.

Please send a snack and drink with your child each day.

You will recieve an email prior to camp start date with more camp details.

1 Day Saturday Camp! Join us in the clay studio for a squeaky good time! Students will learn fun techniques to create a unique rubber ducky, styled with a theme of their choice. Demonstrations and guidance will be provided throughout camp.

Adult Class & Teens 16y & up

Join us in this monthly exploration of watercolor each 1st Saturday morning of the month. The 2 hour class will explore watercolor technique, integrate art and design principles all while having fun being creative and expanding your skillset. You can sign up every month or pop in when the timing is right. The classes will be suitable for beginners but we will continue to build each class for those that have experience or need challenges.

This will be a small class setting with opportunities to join a watercolor artist community and opportunities to share and get feedback throughout the month via a private social media group. 

Seats will be limited. Register early.

Ages: Adults and Teens 16y and up

It's time to throw down! Get to know the pottery wheel in this two hour long class.You'll learn how to wedge, center, and pull walls in a participation style demonstration. Students will then be set free to practice with multiple balls of clay.

Guidance will be provided throughout class. All experience levels and questions are welcomed!

Students may choose one piece to be finished by staff. They will glaze your piece with one glaze of your choice. We use glazes that are considered food safe. Projects will be made with a strong stoneware clay that turns white once fired in the kiln.

Dressing for a messy class is recommended. Join us in Artmosphere’s new clay studio space! Located next to the main building.

4 Days

Cost: $175

4 days of painting!!! Students will learn painting techniques and tips as well as composition, color theory and how to make texture. We will use brushes and other tools as well as some mix media projects. Children will get to experiment with watercolors and acrylics. They will create multiple projects on paper and canvas such as paint pouring, and splatter.  If painting is their thing, this is their camp!

Dress to get messy.

We go outside if weather allows. Please inform instructor if insect repellant is allowed.

Summer Weekly Art Class

Painting

Ages- 7y-13y

Wednesdays 11am-12pm

This multi age class is a Summer Fun weekly class that will work on a different drawing or painting skill each week for 4 Wednesdays in June and 4 Wednesdays in August.

It is a great way to squeeze in some valuable and fun art lessons during that summer slow down. All materials are included. 

You can pick and choose which Wednesdays to drop in according to your summer activities.

NO walk ins.

Let your little artist come to summer camp to paint their little hearts out! Students will experiment with the process of painting and create beautiful art work to show off at home. Dress appropriately for a messy art class!
