Watercolor Class- Monthly -June

Adult Class & Teens 16y & up

Join us in this monthly exploration of watercolor each 1st Saturday morning of the month. The 2 hour class will explore watercolor technique, integrate art and design principles all while having fun being creative and expanding your skillset. You can sign up every month or pop in when the timing is right. The classes will be suitable for beginners but we will continue to build each class for those that have experience or need challenges.
This will be a small class setting with opportunities to join a watercolor artist community and opportunities to share and get feedback throughout the month via a private social media group.
Seats will be limited. Register early.
Cancellation/Missed Class Policy: No refunds if cancelled < 1week notice or missed due to illness or otherwise. Refunds made prior to 1 week will be sent back to card processed on minus processing fees.
Wheel Throw Down! -Adults/Teens

Ages: Adults and Teens 16y and up

It's time to throw down! Get to know the pottery wheel in this two hour long class.You'll learn how to wedge, center, and pull walls in a participation style demonstration. Students will then be set free to practice with multiple balls of clay.
Guidance will be provided throughout class. All experience levels and questions are welcomed!
Students may choose one piece to be finished by staff. They will glaze your piece with one glaze of your choice. We use glazes that are considered food safe. Projects will be made with a strong stoneware clay that turns white once fired in the kiln.
Dressing for a messy class is recommended. Join us in Artmosphere’s new clay studio space! Located next to the main building.

Summer Teen Art Class

Ages 13y-18y
School is OUT! But your Teen can still get their art fix 1x month this Summer!
This class will be a 2 hour art project class focused for teens interested in being creative and honing creative skills. No art experience required as this will be for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. They can take their project as far or as minimal as they wish to invest.
All materials will be provided and guidance will be provided as needed. Each month will be a different art technique focus, such as drawing, painting, and/or mixed media etc.
Have your teen join in some socialization and express their creativity all at once. Sign up for 1 or all 3 this summer.
Dress for mess!
You will recieve an email prior to camp start date with more camp details.

Butterfly Feeder- Family Sat. Clay Camp

Join us for a hands-on adventure where you'll design and craft a beautiful feeder that will attract delightful pollinators to your garden. Learn fun techniques to shape, mold, and decorate clay into a piece of art that both you and nature will love. This camp is going to be a buzzing good time! Demonstrations and guidance will be provided throughout camp.
Dressing for a messy class is recommended.
Please park in front of the main building and walk your student over to the clay studio.
Projects will need time to dry and be fired in our kiln. Students will receive a slip with a date for when their project(s) will be ready for pick up.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of ceramics, projects can crack, break or be damaged in the firing process even with the utmost care and consideration. Unfortunately, this is not a cause for a refund.
Cancellation/Missed Class Policy: No refunds may be processed if canceled with less than one week notice, this includes missed classes due to illness or other reasons. Refunds made prior to one week will be sent back to the processed card on file, minus processing fees

Teen Clay Summer Class! This is a chance for your student to get their hands in some clay and learn techiniques in a clay handbuilding project all while hanging with some peers. Have your teen join in some socialization and express their creativity all at once.
All materials will be provided and guidance will be provided as needed.
Students will explore and learn fun techniques to create their special clay project(s). Demonstrations and guidance will be provided throughout camp.
Dressing for a messy class is recommended.
